... I was 11 or 12 years old listening to the Beach Boys, surfing those endless summer days at La Jolla Shores and Pacific Beach... blink a few times and I found myself living in the ranch lands and foothills of Southern California with my wonderful wife. I've sailed the waters of Mexico and Tahiti. I've performed with so many gifted artists. I've opened concerts for rock stars and I've surfed in the Northern and Southern Hemispheres. I've been blessed with wonderful fans and so many incredible performance venues. Some might say I've been "living on dreams"! I believe this all has been a God-Thing. My sincere thanks to all who have been part of this journey.
... and somehow the music delivers the energy that makes the magic.
I did an interview in June 2018 with SDvoyager, a San Diego magazine. Thought you might enjoy my story..

I was born in a small town on the seashores of Lake Kontsance in southern Germany and arrived in So Cal just in time to celebrate my 2nd birthday. I don't remember the old country though I still feel a strong tie to it. I've been singing, surfing and living within reach of the Pacific Ocean ever since and it's a priceless relationship. It shows up in my songs, it comes across in my shows, and it's the source of much of my life's recreation.
My entertainment history has been extensive. I learned my craft in smoky barrooms back in the mid 1980s. I've been blessed to be able to travel the world with my guitar and entertain in a few different countries.
I'm an entertainer at heart and I've written a batch of songs over the past 35 plus years and have recorded 3-original CDs, which you can download on iTunes. I've hosted countless shows as the Master of Ceremonies for charity, corporate and private events and have performed on several TV and radio shows. How a guy gets to sail throughout French Polynesia and then wind up singing live on Radio Bora Bora is truly something that is quite magical... but it happened just that way.
My entertainment focus is to provide fun that the entire family can appreciate. My shows, whether solo, duo, trio or with my band features original music, some old favorite Jimmy Buffett songs, and a batch of great songs that truly are the soundtrack of our generation. I put my heart, and my love for people in every show, all with a God given positive attitude. My dad always told me, "do your best and work hard. Thanks Dad. It's still working. I sure do miss you.
"Life's been good to me, so far", and I love sharing my talent and this entertainer's soul with each and every audience. It keeps me moving forward. Hope to see you at the next show.
If God is for me, then who can be against me?
Thank you sincerely, to all who have been a part of my entertainment history. From Jimmy Buffett to Willie Nelson, the resorts in the islands and in Mexico, to the fans, promoters and most importantly my family. You are all priceless to me. I'm amazed and blessed. The list below reminds me of how much fun I’ve had. Lots of musicians have come and gone on this long and winding road. I’m indebted to each and every one of these talented people.

Take a break from your day and daydream ~ ~ ~
I was sailing with friends in French Polynesia. We stopped at a few places like Bloody Mary's and the Bora Bora Yacht Club to do a few shows. In this shot we're just getting under way to head for home, a sail that truly never ended. Every time I see this picture I'm back on the water, sailing to the next island.
